Ordering and lending books

Wroclaw University Library, F. Joliot-Curie 12 St., hereby announces, that persons without valid library card or valid active library account cannot order books to Local Lending Department.

A library card or an activated UoW's student library account entitling to lending books is valid until losing student status in the USOS system.

In the case of students and employees of other Wroclaw’s institutions of higher educations, the library card or activated library account is prolonged for the current academic year in the Wroclaw University Library's Local Lending Department, F. Joliot-Curie 12 St., level 1 - upon presentation of the following documents:

1. students other Wroclaw’s institutions of higher educations entitled to make use of the WUL on the basis of concluded inter-university agreements and arrangements - student's ID card valid for current semester;

2. employees of other Wroclaw’s institutions of higher educations - identification document and proof of employment.

For UoW's employees, the library card or activated library account is automatically prolonged for a period of three years
