Rules for online payment
§1. General provisions
These Rules define the regulations for making online payments for library's dues in the libraries of the ibrary and information system of the University of Wrocław.
The Rules are available on the Wroclaw University Library's website.
§2. Entity data
The entity providing the services is the University of Wrocław, Library.

§3. Payment range
Online payments include, in particular, fees for late return of library materials and other fees in accordance with the current Library's price list.
§4. Payment methods
Payments are made via the PayU S.A. payment operator.
Available payment methods include fast electronic transfers and BLIK.
§5. Payment processing
Payment is made by using the "check and pay" button.
Payments are recorded after the transaction is confirmed by PayU, no later than within 1 business day.
§6. Returns
Refunds are made in justified cases within 14 days from the date of consideration of the application.
§7. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted electronically (sw.bu[w]uwr.edu.pl) or by phone (+ 48 71 375 76 01).
Complaints are considered within 14 days.
§8. Personal data protection
The administrator of personal data is the University of Wrocław, Library.
Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Library's Privacy Policy.
Data may be transferred to the payment operator PayU S.A. solely for the purpose of executing the transaction.
§9. Final provisions
The Rules come into force on the date of their publication on the website of the Wrocław University Library.
