New Rules of Collection Circulation in the Wroclaw University Library

We inform our Users that from 22.04.2026 in all libraries of the library and information system of the University of Wrocław new Rules of Collection Circulation in the Wroclaw University Library introduced by the Rector's Order No. 66/2026 are valid.

The Rules define the rules for using library collections, including ones regarding:

  • borrowing library materials,
  • circulating collections on-site,
  • obligations and responsibilities of users.

Due to the entry into force of the new rules, the following changes are also taking place:

  • loan limits,
  • deadlines for returning library materials.

Please familiarize yourself with the current rules and comply with the applicable provisions.

We would also like to inform you that from 27.04.2026, the charging of fees for late return of library materials will be reinstated in accordance with Price list. The fee is 0.40 PLN for each day of overdue retention of one copy of library materials.
