Renting of rooms in the Wroclaw University Library for external entities

WUL offers rooms and spaces for rent where conferences, sessions, training sessions, lectures, shows and exhibitions can be organized.

Conference room no. 3 (air-conditioned), level 0

  • chairs with tops, amphitheater setting, straight rows,
  • sound system,
  • projector with computer,
  • booth for simultaneous translation (the Library does not offer translation services),
  • possibility of organizing catering directly in the hall by the conference room.

• area – 99 m²
• number of seats: 100
• equipment:
  • chairs on one level, straight rows,
  • projector with computer,
  • possibility of organizing catering directly in the hall by the conference room.

Fees for renting rooms are collected in accordance with the WUL's price list available on the Library's website: Price lists | Wroclaw University Library.
The final price of renting rooms and hall-type areas in the WUL's building for external entities is determined individually and depends on the size of the rented room, the nature of the organized event, the expectations of the lessor, the number of participants, etc.
