Information for users of the University of Wrocław libraries
Dear Sirs,
the new library system allows you to place orders for lending library materials from all libraries of the University of Wrocław.
We would like to inform you that until the new Rules of Collection Circulation for the libraries of the University of Wrocław library and information system are introduced by order of the Rector of the University of Wrocław, the existing regulations of each of the libraries included in the system will remain in force.

New tool – WoS Research Assistant
We are pleased to inform you that the University of Wrocław has gained access to a new artificial intelligence-based tool.
This tool allows simple interaction with the Web of Science platform using natural language, as well as faster searching of information in the WoS Core Collection citation database.

Changes in ordering books from the digitized alphabetical catalog
Due to the ongoing process of implementing the new library system, we would like to inform you that from July 18, 2025, it will no longer be possible to place orders for books to be borrowed outside the Library via the digitized alphabetical catalog.
Until the end of July, it will still be possible to order books from this catalog to the Main Reading Room.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Self-service scanning in the Wroclaw University Library
From 1.10.2024, the Wroclaw University Library offers the possibility of using free self-service scanning of library materials in reading rooms on levels 2 and 3.
