Duties

Main duties of Plenipotentiary of WUL’s Director for Financial Matters are: maintaining financial matters of the Library, cooperation with Bursary, maintaining documentation for projects conducted in the Library, preparing and conducting tender procedures for goods and services purchases along with completing and storing of public tender documentation as well as substantive and formal accounting supervising over drafts of agreements and their concluding.
