Information regarding debt collection activities conducted on behalf of the Wroclaw University Library

The Wrocław University Library informs that it cooperates with the law firm DSK Depa Szmit Kuźmiak Jackowski, limited partnership (based in Poznan; KRS 0000792556, NIP 7792437471, REGON 363268129) regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts related to the late return of library materials and other financial obligations owed to the Wroclaw University Library and the specialized libraries of the University of Wrocław.

In connection with the actions being taken, individuals with outstanding obligations to the University of Wrocław's libraries may receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from the designated law firm acting on behalf of the Wroclaw University Library.

At the same time, we remind you to exercise particular caution regarding any correspondence concerning payments, outstanding balances, or personal data. Should you have any doubts about the authenticity of a message you have received, please contact the Wroclaw University Library before taking any action or making any payments.
