Attention - the second stage of the moving

We inform our Readers that because of the second stage of moving the part of collections to the new building, there will be following changes in functioning of the Wroclaw University Library (departments on Szajnochy 7/9 St.):

• starting from April 7 through May and June of this year - Book Storage Department will change its working hours for only one shift and only from Monday to Friday, without working on Saturdays; because of that, call slips will be completed in the following manner:
  

  • orders placed from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be completed on an ongoing basis,

  • orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be completed next day; orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be completed on Monday,

  • electronic ordering during weekends will be suspended,

  • current information about ordering periodicals included in moving will be available on the WUL’s website on page "Attention - impediments during the process of ordering library materials”,

• we inform our Readers, that deadline for ordering reprographic services (photocopies, scanning) concerning materials from Library’s general collections and from Silesia-Lausitz collection is the 23rd June 2014,

• July, August - because of the intensification of moving process - all Library’s departments (on Szajnochy 7/9 St.) will be closed to users.

Re-opening of the Library (for one shift) is planned for period 01.09.2014 – 14.09.2014.

In case of any unforeseen difficulties with the moving process, additional information regarding changes in Library’s working schedule will be post on our webpage.
