Departmental Libraries' Periodicals Catalog of UoW held information about domestic and foreign periodicals that are collected by departmental libraries included in library-information network of University.

In descriptions of periodicals, that are also available in online databases subscribed by Library, direct internet addresses (URL) to their full-text versions are displayed.

Periodicals included in catalog can be browsed in alphabetical order (icon “Przeglądanie” – Browse) or search by word from title (icon “Wyszukiwanie” – Search). As a result, list of titles will appear with information about library which is in possession of periodical. To view full description of periodical, that includes title, holding numbers, catalog number and name of home library, it should be clicked on the title link. Additionally, there is possibility to view list of periodical collections from each single department library by scrolling down menu “Zobacz czasopisma” (View periodicals) choosing library’s name and then pushing button “Przeglądanie” (Browse).

Database statistics can be viewed under icon “Statystyka” (Statistic).

Central Catalog of Polish Periodicals and Central Catalog of Foreign Periodicals libraries are available from the server of Polish National Library.
