Online ordering to the Main Reading Room

We inform our users that starting from 1.03.2016 ordering materials to the Main Reading Room in the Wroclaw University Library will only be possible by online means.

Library cards for electronic ordering of materials to the reading rooms can be purchased only by persons over 18 years old, that are not related to the University of Wroclaw or any other Wroclaw’s institutions of higher education. There are two types of these cards:

1. the card valid for 10-days period (fee – 5 PLN), that can be purchased in the Current and Archive Periodicals Reading Room on F. Joliot-Curie 12 St. or in the Local Lending Department on K. Szajnochy 7/9 St. without need to fill and submit subscription form.

2. annual library card fee – 20 PLN) valid for the period of one year – can be purchased in the Current and Archive Periodicals Reading Room on F. Joliot-Curie 12 St. or in the Local Lending Department on K. Szajnochy 7/9 St. after having filled and submitted electronic subscription form no 4. The fee for prolonging that library card for the next academic year is 10 PLN.

We remind that the library cards that entitle users for electronic ordering materials to use them locally, are valid in all circulation departments of the Wroclaw University Library:

- the Current and Archive Periodicals Reading Room and Silesian Collection Reading Room on F. Joliot-Curie 12 St.,
- the Main Reading Room on K.Szajnochy 7/9 St.,
- the Special Collections’ Reading Room on Św. Jadwigi 3/4 St.

Attention:
We inform our users that account in the Local Lending Department that was blocked because of overdue publications or unpaid statutory penalties, results in blocking the ability to collect ordered library materials in the Current and Archive Periodicals Reading Room, Silesian Collection Reading Room, Main Reading Room and in the Special Collections’ Reading Room of the Wroclaw University Library.
