Circulation of the special collections – September 2016

We inform our Readers that in September 2016 circulation of the special collections will take place in the special collections' departments in the University Library building on the Św. Jadwigi 3/4 St. in week-days (Monday-Friday) from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Excluded from the circulation will be manuscripts (Manuscript Department is during the process of preparation the collections for moving). Also excluded from circulation will be following groups of the old prints: incunabula, prints with the call numbers of 400 001-419 000 and 900 001-929 000 as well as with call numbers starting with 0.

Opening of the Special Collections' Reading Room in the building at Fryderyka Joliot-Curie 12 St. is scheduled in October 2016.

Due to the settlement of tender procedures and realization of the moving of the collections - WUL reserves the right to change the above terms, a week in advance. Information regarding that issue will be each time published on the WUL's website.
