E-clearance form – how to settle your account with the library?
The library e-clearance form is an electronic way of confirming that you have settled your account with the libraries of the University of Wrocław. It replaces the traditional paper-based document circulation.
The clearance is processed in the university system USOSweb – with no the need to collect signatures or submit documents in paper form.

OUP 2026 Publishing Program
We inform our Users that the OUP open publishing program has been launched by the Publisher.
According to the agreement, the Publisher will contact the authorized corresponding authors of subscription articles published during the program suspension period and offer a free conversion to the OA model.

Trial acces to Oxford Law Pro!
The University of Wrocław has launched a 90-day trial access to the Oxford Law Pro platform.
The database is intended primarily for employees, PhD students and students of law; it offers access to over 600 Oxford University Press books, commentaries, analyses and source texts in the fields of financial, corporate and commercial law, arbitration and dispute resolution, international law, competition law, technology and media law, along with analyses of key issues.

The Wrocław University Library informs that the process of transferring users’ data from traditional paper files to the electronic library system ALMA is underway. The aim of this operation is to improve users’ service, increase data security, and introduce a uniform documentation method across the whole network of the University of Wrocław libraries.
