Changes in the Rules of Collection Circulation in the Wroclaw University Library

We inform our Users, that based on Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of Europe (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (referred to as "RODO", "ORODO", "GDPR" or "General Regulation on Data Protection") changes are made to forms that allow the usage of special collections of the Wroclaw University Library (User's Declaration - Special Collections' Reading Room) and to collect books on behalf of another person (Authorization - Local Lending Department).

For the above reasons, please refer to Ordinance No. 119/2018 of the Rector of the University of Wrocław of September 28, 2018 regarding the introduction of changes to the Rules of Collection Circulation in the Wroclaw University Library.

At the same time, we remind our Users that the use of the Authorization is only possible in justified, one-time random cases , excluding persons with proven disability (Rules, § 50 and 51).
